The reviews are in:

“At last, a panto with good story-telling which is genuinely touching. Those around me were clearly smitten with this hugely appealing show. Magic? You betcha!” Mary Brennan, The Herald  **** (Read in full here)

"It was great fun and I loved it when they did the magic!" Myah McGaughey (8) from Oakwood Primary School

"An old-fashioned fairy tale re-told beautifully for the modern age." Glasgow Theatre Blog (Read in full here)

"Platform's Rumpelstiltskin is beautiful storytelling that will capture the imagination and warm the heart" **** Broadway World (Read in full here)

Rumpelstiltskin has never fitted in. Is he a Troll? A Goblin? A Stinky Bog Monster? No one really knows! But he’s excited to head out into the world and start making friends.

Sadly, for poor old Rumpelstiltskin, the world does not feel the same. No one really talks to him and some people are actually a little bit mean...

Princess Bunnyflops, meanwhile, has lots of friends and everyone thinks she is great - with her big fluffy tail and sparkly eyes.

Rumplestiltskin want to be friends with Princess - he tries his best, but she doesn’t even know his name!

Join Rumpelstiltskin as he finds his way in the world, with songs, jokes and lots of heart…and find out if maybe, just maybe, he won’t be alone for Christmas after all!

Family friendly – for everyone over 5yrs. Get your tickets booked early - last year's show - Cinderella - was a sell out!

From the team that brought you Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty  - presented by Platform in association with Glasgow Kelvin College and written by Lewis Hetherington. Directed by Rosalind Sydney. Read more about the story in this interview with Lewis Hetherington.

With a lead cast of Michael Guest (Rumpelstiltskin), Scarlett Mack (Bunnyflops) and Adam Buksh (Duncan McWoof & others) - read more here - and an ensemble cast of Glasgow Kelvin College HND Musical Theatre students - more here.
