The Platform Cafe Bar is based on the ground floor of The Bridge and serves reasonably priced breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Including vegetarian and vegan options, these include hot filled morning rolls, paninis, a selection of filled baked potatoes with salad, toast with a variety of options and some other choices. Enjoy freshly made up sandwiches with cheese and ham salad, tuna with cucumber, vegan cheese & tomato sandwich and chicken mayo and sweetcorn. There is also a well priced children's menu with a good range of options.
Enjoy a coffee/tea and cake for £2.50 or a coffee/tea and morning roll for £3.
There's all the usual lattes, coffees and hot chocolates as well as a range of speciality teas and alcoholic drinks. Sample menus below:

There's free WIFI in the cafe and it's an ideal place to chill out, have a cuppa or do some work. It is fully accessible.
Open Monday to Saturdays from 9am - 3pm and for most events and shows in the evenings, pop in and say hi to our team - we'd love to see you!
Please note the Cafe Bar will be closed for a week from w/c 12 August 2024 and will reopen on the 19th August.
Staff are always so helpful and accommodating. Great venue, ample parking and you can see the stage well from any seat. Would highly recommend.
