In recent years he has led on the planning and delivery of the performance programme at Platform; managing youth theatre groups; bringing theatre, dance and performance to the venue and supporting artists and production companies to develop their work.

Matt took over the reins on Monday 19 July from outgoing Arts Manager Jenny Crowe, who has been appointed as Senior Arts Manager at Tramway.

Matt said: “I’m absolutely delighted to have been appointed as the new Arts Manager and very excited to start working with colleagues and partners from across the community to continue the excellent work of Glasgow East Arts Company at Platform.”
