Summer Festival: Alexandra Park Festival Day 2026

Sat 11 July | 12noon - 4pm
All ages
Free

We are delighted to announce the return of Alexandra Park Festival Day on Saturday 11 July  - which is gearing up to be a great day out for the whole family, packed full of activities and things to do and see - entry is free!

We have lots of great events on our line up, and are excited to announce that Iron Girders Gym will be returning with their hugely popular wrestling showcase.

There will be children's activities, free art workshops, stalls, sports tasters, rides and inflatables, performances and much more! Enjoy some fun, interactive live music from Sprog Rock which is perfect for the whole family and take in some pop up performances of Pop! from Vince Virr Dance Company - a colourful, dynamic and high-energy dance duet.

We will be hosting a competition to win a £75 shopping voucher - drop by the Platform stall to enter.

Watch this space and keep an eye on our website and social media channels @platformglasgow for more information and line up details.

The festival was a finalist in Glasgow Times 'Arts Champion of the Year' awards for North East Glasgow in 2024 - read more here.
