THREE60 recognise the capitalisation from black cultures happening in the entertainment industry that does not yet benefit street dance artists at a more local level. The selection of performing acts will be based on a strategic development to increase fluid access within the art sector for those dancers that experience barriers and biases in the industry. They will ensure that at least three of the programmed acts will have performers who identify as people of colour.
