Alexandra Park Festival Day 2022 & Fancy Dress Parade

Sat 23 July | 12noon - 4pm
All ages
Free entry

After a 2 year break, the Alexandra Park Festival Day kicks off the first of our festival days this summer! With live music, food & market stalls, kids activities, wrestling, a parade and inflatables plus much much more this is a day out for all the family, packed with fun and entertainment. Running from 12noon - 4pm and entry is free.

As part of the festival and to celebrate Scotland's Year of Stories we'll be hosting a ‘Fancy Dress Parade Along the Parade’!  Guests are welcome to attend dressed as their favourite fictional character - so dig out those World Book Day costumes or make your own from what you have in the house  - and come join us! It promises to be the largest fancy dress parade Alexandra Parade has seen….in the last two years anyway!

Everyone is welcome, from individuals and families to groups large and small  - if you are interested in getting involved and would like more information (including where to meet before the parade begins) please email info@platform-online.co.uk

Keep an eye on our social media channels  @platformglasgow for more information about activities on the day!
