Interested in learning more about Glasgow poet, playwright and writer Freddy Anderson?

Freddy Anderson who lived and worked in Easterhouse for over thirty years, Joey Simons, author of recent compilation of selected Freddy Anderson works - ‘Let Us Act For Ourselves’ - is hosting a series of 3 free and online workshops exploring Freddy Anderson’s life and work in association with Platform and WEA.

The following workshops will take place on Zoom & Canvas between 7pm - 8.30pm. Limited places available - to book please visit here.

We’re thrilled to share a new book on poetry, plays and prose written by the renowned poet playwright and author, Freddy Anderson who lived and worked in Easterhouse for over thirty years. The collection –‘Let Us Act for Ourselves’ - has been compiled and edited by Joey Simons and features contributions from Freddy’s son Paul Anderson and the celebrated actor, Gary Lewis.
