Our annual Family Festival day and carnival parade at Alexander Park is back!

Come and join in the summer festivities with lots to do for all the family.

Enjoy live music, children activities, carnival drummers, community market stalls, arts & crafts and tasty food for you.

A carnival procession will leaving city park at 12pm

if your group would like to take part, we want to hear from you. If you are dance group, football team, belly dancers or community group and want to dress up and be part of the parade. Please get in touch with Paul Marsden paul@platform-online.co.uk

If you want to have a stall, run a sports or fun activity sessions please complete the attached booking form and return it to Anna Lomas, Programme Coordinator at Platform. anna@platform-online.co.uk no later than Fri 14 July.

We will have slots available for local groups to perform on stage at each event. Email any requests for dance groups, singers or bands to James Dean, Event and Communities Lead james@platform-online.co.uk
