Platform's Thursday Night Drama group took to the stage as part of the annual The Bridge Family Festival Day 2024. Audiences watched from as the group made use of every corner of the Amphitheatre at The Bridge and delivered their thought provoking performance.
Thursday Night Drama is a support place for people aged 16yrs + who have an interest in performance and wish to continue developing their skills and confidence. Participants will collaborate with one another and two practicing theatre makers to develop a rich experience in all aspects of devised theatre. Members have the opportunity to explore their own ideas on a weekly basis, where the focus will be on developing their skill set in a supportive, creative and fun working environment.
We also host Monday Night Drama workshops for those aged 8 - 16 years old. Both of drama groups are running weekly from now until w/c 16 Dec 2024 and operate on a Pay-What-You-Like basis. No previous experience is required.
