PLATFORM DRAMA

Come and get involved in the weekly youth drama group led by theatre professionals working in Scotland. Due to the success of the last term the kid’s class is continuing as a regular class, and we have Junior and Senior classes too.  The kids class will centre around drama games and juniors and seniors will learn the techniques involved in acting and work towards their own performance.

 

This term we have an added twist to Platform Drama and will be running scriptwriting workshops alongside the drama sessions for 13-17yr olds.  The aim is to create two 10 minute scripts with the workshop programme giving you akk the skills you need to bring your stories to life including how to develop a story into a script for the screen, opportunities to work with actors and directors filming of final workshops.  You will learn all the things you need to bring your story to life.

Kids (5 - 7yrs) 5.00pm - 5.45pm

Junior (8 – 11yrs) 6.00pm - 7.15pm

Senior (12 – 18yrs) 7.30pm - 9.00pm

 

Every Monday from Sep 7 - Dec 17 (excluding Sep 28 & Oct 12)
